Connor Kempske joined Wellspring in 2025: Prior to joining Wellspring, he was an associate with Intermediate Capital Group focused on investments across Business Services, Healthcare, and Industrials. Connor began his career at Harris Williams, spending 2 years as an analyst within the Consumer group. Connor graduated from Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
